Upon rendering our services, all customers agreed to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

COPYRIGHT:

All photographs and other materials or media created by Photographer shall not be produced, duplicated, edited, or printed without photographer’s permission. In the event of posting any photographic material taken by GoldImage Photography, on any website, social media, blog, print media, or for any promotional or advertisement purposes, client ensures to get company’s permission. that the rightful credits are given to us of our work. All rights reserved.

PROPERTY:

All images or photographic material taken by GoldImage Photographer with or without logo remains property of GoldImage Photography. Client agrees to pay separately for individual photos before using it for any advertisement, promotional or any other reasons. In the event when client attempts to remove logo/edit without permission, he/she agrees to pay $40/photo penalty or remove the photo from the platform immediately. Otherwise client agrees to pay $50/photo for using,promoting, advertising, marketing or any other purpose with/without permission.

CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE:

The Photographer must be notified immediately of any changes in schedule or location, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled date of event. Notification can be made by phone along with written notice sent via email for documentation. It is client’s responsibility to confirm all arrangements at least 7-14 days prior to the event. In the event of change of address or contract information (time, date, location, etc.) as listed, you must notify GoldImage photography.

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER:

Photographers of GoldImage Photography shall be the exclusive photographer(s) retained by the client for the purpose of photographing the event. Family and friends of the clients and other wedding vendors shall not interfere with the photographer’s duties. Guest will be asked to refrain from taking flash photographs at certain intervals of our services to ensure proper exposure of image.

PERMISSIONS:

It is clients responsibility to schedule and receive permission to use various locations for photography, including the wedding, reception locations and any locations used during the day and must be inform to the photographer prior to the event booking.

MODEL RELEASE:

This agreement serves as a model release giving GoldImage Photography the irrevocable right to use the photographs in all forms and in all media and in all manners, without any restriction as to changes or alterations, for advertising, newsletters, photographers portfolio, samples, self-promotions or for professional competition and review.

HARASSMENT:

Ensuring the appropriate behavior of all guest and other persons at the wedding and other events covered by Photographer shall be the responsibility of Client. In the event Photographer or her employee experiences any inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from any guest or other person at the wedding or other event(including, but not limited to, unwelcome sexual advances and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature) then following process shall be followed: first offense: a verbal warning will be issued to a family member of the client; second offense: the offending person will be required to leave the wedding or event; third offense: Photographer will end wedding/event coverage immediately and leave the event. Photographer shall be entitled to retain all monies paid hereunder and client agrees to relieve and hold Photographer harmless as a result of incomplete wedding or event photography coverage.

NATURAL DISASTER:

If Photographer cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to Photographer’s illness or injury, then Photographer will return and all fees to the client(s) but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. Client(s) agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, re-enacted or repeated for the purpose of re-shoot and limits Photographer’s liability to the amount paid under this contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Unless agreed upon in advance, Photographers of GoldImage Photography shall be the exclusive photographer retained for the event. Photographer may bring one assistant at his/her discretion. Videographer and other vendors as well as semi-professional photographers must not abstract or interfere with the official photography and are not allowed to take any still photos during formal sessions. Wedding guests may take photos, but it is the responsibility of Client to prevent family and friends from interfering with Photographer’s duties. Photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to cause beyond his/her control such as other people’s camera or flash, the lateness of the bride, groom, family members and bridal party members or other principles, weather conditions, schedule complications, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the venues or officiate. Photographer is not responsible for existing backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photography coverage. Client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the event and to send the Photographer a copy of the invitation prior to the wedding. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner. Changes can be made by phone with a follow-up email for documentation.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES:

A retainer fee of 75% from above packages is required to hold the date of your event. No date is reserved until a retainer is received. The balance of the complete package price must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event. No photography will take place and no rights are granted until timely payments are made in full.

Event Cancellation:

After booking your event via email, website, app or a call; client must notify at least 1-week of notice unless otherwise specified on fine prints, highlights or a contract. $30 cancellation fee may apply.

Failure to Make Payment:

In case of an event where client is unable to pay the balance or full amount, GoldImage Photography will send the invoice to collection agency without any notification.
